Forestburg Eggplant is led by owner and director – Kees van der Eijk. Kees has over 30 years growing experience and continues to work on a daily basis with over 20 incredible employees, which are a mix of permanent employees and seasonal backpackers. Coming from a dutch heritage Kees brings European technology and ideas to the New Zealand growing industry so we are constantly adapting to the changing climate conditions and consumer demand.
